Important Reminders Following Team Placements
We understand that team placements can bring excitement for some families and disappointment for others. We appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and respect throughout this process. Please remember that tryout results do not define your skater or their future in hockey.
Once teams are posted, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not contact AAHA Board Members, coaches, or tryout evaluators regarding team placements.
- Questions about placement: Parents who wish to discuss their skater's placement must wait until Monday, October 19, to request a meeting with Cory Oberg, AAHA Hockey Director.
- Respect the process: Please allow families and skaters time to process their placements. We ask everyone to remain respectful and supportive of one another.
- Practice schedules: There will be no organized group practices between team placements and the start of regularly scheduled team practices. Please watch Crossbar for your team's schedule.
Thank you for supporting AAHA, our volunteer evaluators, and most importantly, our skaters. We're looking forward to a great hockey season!
