Beginner's Clinic 2026

The Beginner's Clinic is the perfect opportunity to discover the game of hockey in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment. Whether you've never stepped on the ice before or you're simply curious about the sport, this program is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of hockey while giving you a firsthand experience of what makes the game so exciting. No prior hockey experience is required—just come ready to learn, have fun, and give hockey a try!

Ages

Players should be at least 4 years of age to register for Beginners Clinic.

When

What time of the year does this program run?

This session runs in the fall:

September 28, September 30 and October 1.

Where

These sessions are held at the Primewest Health Runestone Community Center.

Equipment

Don't have hockey equipment? No problem!

The beginner's clinic offers FREE hockey equipment to be used during the sessions.

Equipment handout will be communicated. You'll also be responsible to return equipment following the conclusion of beginner's clinic.
